Europe Trip

After so long I finally feel like updating my blog... past 3 day has been busy with school stuff from duty, unpacking and preparing for room check this coming week… Erm... so far I think this is the most tiring trip I ever had... With all the train transition but it was fun and exciting and I guess it was a fruitful trip with all the souvenir I bought... Wahahaha

DAY 1 Swiss to Paris
Rotting in School till 1030pm… and took our bus to Luzern train station and board de 12am train to Paris… During the trip we met some angmo asshole that assume we are Japanese and keep cock-ne-shi-wa-ing. while we are waiting for our next transition to France.

After we reached France, we had a transition there as well. This is the first time that i set on a TGV... but its quite disappointed as the train move so slow… never unleash its power of a TGV. When we arrived in Paris, we separated into 2 groups, cause we booked 2 different hotels. Haa... and had our lunch in KFC!!!! It’s hard to find in Europe!! Heard from Milan he said there are only 1 in Paris and none in Switzerland.

Everything has been done in the hotel we left and meet the rest and travel to our first attraction which is de' Eiffel tower that located next to the seine river. We waited for two hour plus to get to de top of the tower. Although we waited for so long but its worth waiting for the nice scenery from above.

DAY 2 - Paris
Day 2 in Paris, we took a metro to the Louvre museum, when we reached there, all of us were taking our photo and we had a surprise when we saw our classmates there. The museum was huge and unable to explore the whole museum, so we spend our time wisely and cover those important sites but it also spends almost half of our day there. After all the photo taking in the Louvre, we had our dinner there, which served expensive and awful. After our meal we walked toward Notre Dame, by then its already in the night, we slowly had our way there and enjoy the night scenery towards our destination.

DAY 3 - Paris
Since we had visited the two most important sites in Paris, we decided to pamper ourselves, so we went to Galleries Lafayette to shop! And we separated from the girls, so it’s easier to look for our stuff in the mall. But before we went in, we went to the Paris' largest opera houses that located near the mall and had my money changed. After we done our shopping, since its still early so all of us went to a nearby bistro to had an authentic cafe from France.. Enjoying the aroma, the air, the sun, and most importantly the French girls =)

Headed back to our hotel to get our stuff and get ready to the train station and which bring us to Pisa, its a night train so all of us had a bed in the train but each cabin only can had 6 person, so we divided into two groups. Before we reached Pisa, we had our transit in Firenze. So happy to step into Firenze again. It reminds me about the trip i had with my army friends...

DAY 4 - Pisa
A Fresh new starts in Pisa, Erm... nothing much there, as my friend told me before. So we just went to the attraction and took some photo and bought some souvenirs from there... with a wonderful meal with pigeonssS. Since there’s nothing much there, we took the evening train towards Venice, when we reached there its around 10plus pm. when we reached, dawn first thought.. Clarke Quay... haa... Yea ok... I admit it’s quite alike. But its nicer without the railing along the pathway like clarke quay. Found our hotel and having a hard time checking in, as the reception ahma is slow... anyway... Still got our bed…

DAY 5 - Venice
WoOo… Slept till 10plus going to late for breakfast!! Breakfast ends art 11am! Cause of comfortable bed and hot bath before i sleep... after my breakfast I went out to take a look at their waterway where they transport everything as water transport is a replacement of car there… Looking and the goods delivered to the fishmonger... It just seem like the seafood are so fresh… and seagull flying around rather than crow in Singapore.

On our way to Saint mark square... we met some Gondola sailor under the bridge, so we decided to travel there by Gondola, although its quite expensive but its worth trying... so exciting... trying the water when he sail along the small canal... Between building… under the bridge... after we reached there, we had our lunch there since everyone was hungry so we went to a restaurant to have our meal, with all the delicious local delicacy without knowing the price we spend around 340plus Euros’. haa but I guess it worth it cause its nice! Now pocket are lighter thought everyone will walk fastest to saint Mark Square but no… my friend bought a sunglasses… haa they are rich! Finally we reached saint mark square and I went to de nearby toilet to shit cost me 2.50euros... haa… Walk around the area took pictures with pigeon, building, sea, gondola… etc...

Tiring day... so we had our dinner below our hotel… 25 Euros’ per person for a 3 course meal...

DAY 6 - Venice
Last day in Venice, where we can shop and walk around, so everyone is desperate!! For souvenirs... Bought lots of masks, key chain and other souvenirs... had our last gondola ride again… and preparing our stuff to Milano.

DAY 7 Venice – Milano – Switzerland (Luzern)
Everyone’s woke up at 330 in the morning, preparing to check out and board the 5am train to wards Milano. But after we reached the train station, we were told that the train was spoilt and we had no choice and to take de another train that departs at 11am. Finding a restaurant in the morning to fill our hunger... resting in the restaurant till the shop opens and went to get our last mask under the famous bridge of Venice.
